For USA shows Shekhar Sen will be bringing :

** his lepel microphone

** water / fire effect lights

** frames of the props, gunny cloth

You will have to arrange :

** platforms as per the list

** lights as per the list in lighting lay out.

** sound system

** local technician for projector & screen to connect, & do the adjustments.

** Production Checklist

** Arrangements for tea / coffee and refreshments at the auditorium: during setup time, before the show and in the interval. (Electric kettle, mineral water, tea bags, sugar, milk, marie bisuits, glasses, tea cups, glasses and napkins in backstage so that we can serve ourselves.)

** Adequate chairs in the backstage and adequate green room facilities (mirror, lights, rest room)

** Stage hands who can help in putting up the backdrops

** Local Sound and light technicians who are aware of the venue / auditorium
